Dr. P. S. Narkhede is the Registrar, Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur.
He is the first recipient of ‘The Best Services Award’ of the University. Dr. Narkhede is the Former Registrar of Sant Gadge Baba Amaravati University, Amaravati (1996 and 2001 to 2006).
He is M.A. in Sociology (1979) from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and Ph.D. (1996) from SGB Amaravati University, in Sociology with research title ‘A Sociological study of personality and Administrative style of University Administrators in Maharashtra'. He has served for about 25 years in SGB Amaravati University at various administrative levels. He has also worked in RTM Nagpur University for 15 years. He has wide experience of working in University administration and also on various intra-University committees. He was an Honorary Director of M. Phil. Courses for 8 years and Administrative Officer of IAS Coaching Centre for 4 years in addition to his own duties.
