Candidates who want to submit their Admission Request Form (ARF) by post are advised download the pdf copy available on the College website and prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- (non refundable) in favour of
‘Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management ’, payable at Nagpur, from a Nationalized Bank. Duly filled ARF must be sent either by speed post or courier, along with the original Demand Draft and attested photocopies of required documents mentioned below to the following address:

Admission
Procedure |
|
|
|
1. |
All
eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Application Request
Form (ARF) which will be available on the college website, cash counter from 5th June 2013 on payment of Rs.1000/- |
|
|
|
|
2. |
Complete ARF along with the original cash receipt and attested photo copies of required documents
must be submitted on or before 24th June 2013 by 5.00 PM and collect the acknowledgement of the same for future reference.
|
|
|
|
|
3. |
Incomplete forms in any respect will be rejected and will not be considered for preparation of Provisional College Merit List (PCML). |
|
|
|
|
4. |
After last date all eligible forms will be scrutinized and Branch wise Provisional College Merit List (PCML) will be prepared and displayed on College Notice Board. Students are required to check their merit in PCML. Regarding any discrepancies such as not appearing of name / correction in marks has to be brought to the notice of Admission Office by filling grievance form before 3:00 pm, 27th June 2013. |

5. |
After rectifying the valid and upheld objections, if any, Branch wise Final College Merit List (FCML) will be displayed on College Notice Board on
27th June 2013 after 5.00 pm. |
|
|
|
|
6. |
All candidates are required to attend the Counseling personally along with Demand Draft of Required Interim Fees (Rs.96,550/-), all original documents, a passport size recent coloured photograph and two set of attested photocopies of all documents and Admissions will be confirmed as per inter se- branch wise FCML on
28th June 2013, 11:00 am onwards.

7. |
All admissions will be done strictly on inter-se merit of FCML of respective branch at the scheduled time and date. If any candidate fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time his claim will be lost. |
|
|
|
|
8. |
After getting Provisional Admission Slip candidate has to complete the other admission formalities in the admission section.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

- S.S.C. (Std. X) mark sheet.
- H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet, if available.
- Diploma all semesters mark sheet.
- School leaving certificate after passing Diploma.
- Domicile certificate of candidate indicating that he/she is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra by birth or permanent residence.

for the academic year 2012-13 is yet
to be decided by Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Competent Authority, Government of
Maharashtra. The final fee to be approved by Shikshan Shulka Samiti for the academic year 2012-13 will be binding on the students, in view of the circular no. SSS/(Spl.Jt) Higher & Tech. Norms 2012-13 dated 2nd April 2012.
