Rajiv B.Khaire is born & brought up in Nagpur. He did his elementary schooling from Nagpur. He is having Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from NIT- Durgapur (W.B). He pursued his Master of Business Administration from Bharati Vidyapeeth, University of Pune, with Specialisation in Personnel Management. He has Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD New Delhi, under the aegis of Ministry Of HRD. He has been awarded Ph.D.by R.T.M.Nagpur University in the year 2011.

He has 4 years of Industry experience & around 16 years of Academic experience. He is currently working in Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering & Management-Nagpur as Associate Professor-Department of Management Technology.. He has presented papers at International Conference & National Conference. He has to his credit 17 papers of which 11 are published in National & International Journals. He has also published 10 Books for YCMOU-Nasik. He is actively involved with various Corporates for Consultancy Assignment & MDPs. Few of the corporates he has been associated with are Mahindra & Mahindra, SMS Limited, OCW, Powergrid Corporation, Zim Laboratories, NADP, AG Office etc.
