Vitarka 2012

Two Day National Conference on the theme “Emerging Strategies for sustainable growth & competence” on 2nd and 3rd March, 2012 at Nagpur.

While economic growth is vitally important, it is critical to deliver this in a way that does not elevate pure profit above societal or environmental value.
Growth is about much more than providing a boost to sales, margins and the bottom line. It is about creating value for all stakeholders; economic value for the shareholders; social value for employees, their families and friends, local communities and social networks; as well as value for ecosystems and the environment. To-day’s era is very hypercompetitive; a key feature of the new economy is the changing business scenario. The pace of change is increasing at an exponential rate. Continuous change and maintenance of high standards of quality products, services and processes have become prerequisites of the organization’s success in to-day’s competitive world. Organizations can rarely stand still for long. In highly competitive environment, where competition is global and innovation is continuous, change has become a core competency of organizations.
