“Young Researcher”
Dr. Gayathri Band, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Technology has been conferred with “Young Researcher” Award in the individual category of the Republic Day Achievers’ Awards 2018 organized by Integrated Intelligent Research (IIR), Chennai. The award has been conferred for outstanding practices and contribution in the field of education & research. The function was held in Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology (LICET), Chennai on 8th January, 2018. She was conferred the award by the Hands of Dr. Kuppuswamy, Ex-Vice Chancellor of Pondicherry University in the Presence of Dr. Shailendra Babu IPS, Director Assistant General of Police (Railways), Chennai as the Chief Guest.
BEST PAPER AWARD
An International Conference on Management and Information Systems (ICMIS 2016) was held in Bangkok on 23rd and 24th September, 2016 organized by International Forum of Management Scholars (INFOMS) and Chitkara University. The paper titled “The factors of organizational role stress affecting the stress level of IT employees in Nagpur city” authored by Dr. Gayathri Band and Dr. Neeta Shah, of Department of Management Technology, ShriRamdeobaba College of Engineering & Management and Mr. SriramRajagopalan , Electrolux Appliances, Dubai won the Outstanding Best paper Award at ICMIS 2016. The paper also received appreciation on the research carried out in the paper. Dr Neeta Shah also chaired a technical management session in the International Conference.

Ltd, Nagpur using PLS Algorithm”, by Prof. Gayathri Band, Dr. Neeta V Shah and Dr.Kanchan Naidu presented in International Conference of Business, Technology and Management organized by American University in Emirates at Dubai during 18th- 20th March, 2013. The Paper was given the Best paper Award.

Dr. Gayathri Band, Assistant Professor, DMT was the Chief Editor of the College Magazine ARCEON 15 which won the First prize in the RTM Nagpur University Inter Collegiate annual Best magazine Competition.

Dr. Kanchan Naidu-Faculty-Department of Management Technology-Shri Ramdeobaba College Of Engineering & Management has successfully participated in a 7 days workshop conducted by SEBI (Securities & Exchange Board Of India) along with NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) for empanelment as a Resource Person & Educational Trainer for financial education and to impart the target audience with a better understanding of financial products & further to equip certain target groups such as housewife’s, middle income group, retired persons, young investors etc. to better manage their finances in order to strengthen the objective of investor awareness and protection in securities market.
DR. SUNITA DHOTE HOLDS ASIA BOOK OF RECORDS “LONGEST CYCLING EXPEDITION-FEMALE” 
Dr. Sunita Kshirsagar Dhote a Assistant Professor of Department of Management Technology, Shri Ramdeobaba College and Management, Nagpur, Maharashtra created a new Asia Record of “Longest Cycling Expedition-Female” dedicated to spread the awareness about the ‘Swachh Bharat’ mission. She travelled on cycle from Nagpur on Novermber 7th, 2014 to Puducherry on November 13, 2014 covering 1412km in seven days, in total she covered five states.
She was felicitated by the certificate and trophy of Asia book of record by the hands of Chief Minister of Puducherry Shri N. Rangaswamy on November 14th, 2014. Since her Endurance level was high in the category of records, she was felicitated by Doctorate Degree by World Record University in the Convocation function held at Ho Chi Minh City of VIETNAM by the hands of Former President of Vietnam Mr. NGUYEN MINH TRIET on November 22nd, 2014.
