We aim to produce top-tier civil engineers with excellent technical and managerial proficiencies. This goal will be realized through the creation of a conducive atmosphere that encourages imaginative learning and research, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Features of Departments

  • Civil Engineering department was established in 1984 offers UG and 2 PG programs
  • UG program got accredited 5 times by NBA and PG in Structural Engineering got accredited twice
  • We are associated with research institutes and professional bodies, signed MoUs with Artefacts Project Ltd. and GEO systems Research and Consultants
  • We Conduct co-curricular and extra-curricular activities with MOU signatories, construction firms, and professional bodies
  • RCOEM also provides testing and consultancy services in various fields of Civil Engineering, completed assignments for BPCL, WCL, MOIL, etc.
  • Student association called CESA conducts seminars, workshops, and conferences
  •  We are also an approved research center of RTM Nagpur University for M.E. by Research and Ph.D. programs.

Students of Civil engineering can get varied job opportunities like Building control surveyor, CAD technician, Consulting civil engineer, Contracting civil engineer, Design engineer, Site engineer, 

Structural engineer, Water engineer, etc.

According to the latest data based on academic year 2021-22, the number of placement offers received is 61, students opting for higher studies is 16, and students opting for entrepreneurship are 8.
